DÍA MUNDIAL DE LA ACREDITACIÓN

El 9 de junio de 2021 marca el Día Mundial de la Acreditación (# WAD2021), una iniciativa global establecida por ILAC e IAF para promover el valor de la acreditación.

El tema de este año se centra en el uso de la acreditación para apoyar la implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas. Brinda la oportunidad para que los miembros de ILAC e IAF compartan ejemplos con las partes interesadas, los reguladores y los consumidores de cómo se puede aplicar la acreditación para alcanzar objetivos tales como aumentar el comercio, abordar las preocupaciones sobre el medio ambiente y la salud y la seguridad, y mejorar la calidad general de la producción en una economía.

Una declaración conjunta emitida por los presidentes de IAF e ILAC presenta la importancia de la acreditación para apoyar la implementación de los ODS.

WORLD ACCREDITATION DAY 2021

June 9th 2021 marks World Accreditation Day (#WAD2021), a global initiative established by ILAC and IAF to promote the value of accreditation.

This year’s theme focuses on the use of accreditation in supporting the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It provides the opportunity for ILAC and IAF members to share examples with stakeholders, regulators and consumers of how accreditation may be applied to meet objectives such as increasing trade, addressing environment and health and safety concerns, and improving the general overall quality of output in an economy.

A joint statement released by the Chairs of IAF and ILAC introduces the importance of accreditation in supporting the implementation of the SDGs.
